Job Details Wage: $23.79 per hour Location: Saskatoon # of Positions: 3 Employment Terms: Casual – shift work (daytime, evening, overnight, weekend) Posted Date: 08-Jan-2026 Apply By: 16-Jan-2026 Responsibilities Provide a safe, supportive environment for children through the Baby Steps Program while supporting mothers with structure and guidance to regain custody of their children. Engage parents in case planning, facilitating collaboration between governmental and non‑governmental agencies to promote long‑term success. Work in a shift schedule that may include daytime, evening, overnight, and weekend shifts. Qualifications Early Childhood Education or post‑secondary education in the human services field, equivalent experience, or a combination. Hands‑on real‑life experience with children and youth. Demonstrated healthy lifestyle. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships with youth, staff, and partnering agencies. Knowledge of other agencies and resources within the community. Basic knowledge of nutrition values. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Working knowledge of computers and Windows. Knowledge of Indigenous cultures and issues. Good understanding of EGADZ and its mission. CPR and ASIST training (ASIST within the first 6 months). Valid driver’s licence with a safe driving record; Driver’s Abstract required within 3 months. Criminal Records Check including Vulnerable Sector (within 6 months).
