About the Company: Our client, a well-established and respected law firm located in North Toronto, is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Lawyer to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a legal professional who thrives in a fast-paced litigation environment and is looking to work with a collaborative, high-performing group of lawyers.

Manage a broad range of commercial litigation files with minimal supervision, including contract disputes, shareholder disputes, professional liability, construction claims, and other complex business matters.
Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, factums, and correspondence.
Represent clients in all stages of litigation including discoveries, mediations, motions, pre-trials, arbitrations, and court hearings.
Provide strategic legal advice and develop effective litigation strategies tailored to corporate and commercial clients.
Conduct legal research and stay current with developments in commercial litigation, case law, and procedural rules.

Membership in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
~3+ years of post-call experience in Commercial Litigation .
~ Strong knowledge of Ontario court procedures, Rules of Civil Procedure, and commercial litigation practice.
~ Excellent advocacy, drafting, and negotiation skills.
