Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive support to the lawyer in advancing litigation matters. Review and analyze medical records, case files, and insurance policies to assist in case development. Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategy and preparation. Assist with all aspects of legal proceedings, including discovery, mediation, and motion preparation. Contribute to trial preparation by organizing materials and coordinating with involved parties. Draft legal documents and correspondence while providing ongoing administrative and litigation support to the managing partner. Qualifications 6+ years of personal injury / medical malpractice experience is required Experience with Tort and AB matters is considered an asset Must be a team player Experience with hyperlinking, bookmarking, and navigating through CaseLines Ability to prioritize various tasks, work in a fast-paced environment, and take initiative on files Experience with Microsoft office products (Outlook, Teams, Word, and Excel), Kofax PDF, iManage, Zoom, and Soluno considered an asset Law Clerk diploma is considered an asset To apply, please forward your resume to Zaheeda Merali, Manager – Law Clerk Division at zaheeda@cartelinc.com #J-18808-Ljbffr
