Join us on our journey together, as we put the joy back into travel and make Toronto Pearson the chosen place to fly and work.What can you expect from this position?Reporting to the Program Delivery Leadership team, this position leads the delivery of the assigned projects safely and within scope, schedule and budget. This will include managing, leading, directing and guiding a multi-disciplinary design and construction team including internal and external resources from initial concept design to final handover of completed facilities to operations. Depending on project allocation, typical project budgets will exceed $10 million and may, at the higher end, exceed $50 million. The Senior Project Manager II will drive successful outcomes, influence forward-thinking management decisions and supports the overall success of Toronto Pearson. This is an on-site position that requires full-time availability, five days a week.This is the role for you, if you have:8+ years of successful experience leading design and construction projects involving multiple partners. Experience in the aviation industry is a strong asset.Demonstrated experience leading multiple concurrent complex, high risk and/or multi-year projects from planning to implementation and close out, to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.Project Management Certification or Accreditation would be an asset.Demonstrated experience working in a customer centric environment.A valid Ontario ‘G’ class driver’s license or equivalent.Post-secondary degree in Architecture, Engineering, Project Management, Business, or a related field.Ability to obtain and retain Transportation Security Clearance at the designated level for the position.The GTAA is committed to Employment Equity and maintaining a diverse, equitable and inclusive workplace where everyone can thrive. #J-18808-Ljbffr
