Base pay range CA$70,000.00/yr – CA$80,000.00/yr As a Senior Account Administrator, a typical day might include: Delivering excellent administrative support and customer service while adhering to company guidelines and workflows. Answering telephones and directing calls, both in and outside of the office, as required. Greeting, assisting, and signing in visitors. Distributing incoming mail, courier packages, and other materials. Maintaining office filing and storage cabinet cleanliness and organization. Maintaining office supply inventory and ordering. Assisting in corporate event planning. Assisting brokers in the preparation of new and renewal documentation, including certificates, invoicing, spreadsheets, proposals, quote documents, binders, cover notes, and other policy documentation; general physical and electronic file maintenance; general clerical support. Attending meetings and taking minutes, as required. Facilitating bank deposits, as required. Performing additional duties, as required. Working behind the scenes to ensure an exceptional customer experience. Must haves: Minimum 6 months of insurance experience, consistently meeting internal core competencies. Active pursuit of CAIB, CIP, CRM, or other insurance designations considered an asset. Post‑secondary degree considered an asset. Experience using Epic broker management system considered an asset.
