Manager, Enterprise Risk Services MNP is seeking a Manager to lead our Enterprise Risk - Governance & Risk Management team. The role focuses on delivering tailored governance, risk management, internal controls, process improvement, and business advisory solutions across diverse industries. The successful candidate will be a trusted advisor, providing strategic insight and coaching to empower clients to achieve business goals while protecting their organizations. Responsibilities Lead the proposal, planning and delivery of enterprise risk services engagements with a focus on governance, risk management, internal controls, process improvement, and business advisory services. Conduct assessments, improve process design, identify efficiencies and opportunities, and develop roadmaps to achieve strategic client priorities. Provide tangible advice, guidance and coaching to strengthen client organizational leadership. Develop and deliver training programs. Manage engagement planning and scheduling, as well as project financials (budgets, WIP, billing, collection, variance recognition). Provide industry and technical expertise through client interactions, research, analysis, reports and high‑quality deliverables. Identify innovative ways to deliver added value to clients; ensure client needs are met and relationships grow. Maintain high quality control and apply specialized knowledge to anticipate, identify and address key risks relevant to client business. Network in the local business community, pursue business development opportunities and lead proposal preparation to meet client needs. Mentor, motivate and coach team members towards professional and personal development by setting clear expectations, providing feedback and conducting performance reviews. Maintain flexibility to travel as necessary. Skills And Experience Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, finance, economics or related field. CPA, CIA, CGAP, CISA or other related designations or certifications considered an asset. 6 to 7 years of risk management, performance improvement and/or business advisory experience. Experience in business and practice development. Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills. Demonstration of advanced project management skills and tactics.
