As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for new prospects and play a key role in building our sales pipeline. You’ll become a Planned expert and help introduce our platform and service to the right stakeholders.What You'll DoProspect and source target accounts through thoughtful outbound (procurement, travel, events, finance)Engage prospects via phone, email, and LinkedIn with tailored messagingQualify interest and book high-quality meetings with Account ExecutivesPartner closely with AEs on ICPs, accounts, and outreach strategyLearn to navigate complex orgs and handle common objectionsContribute ideas on outbound strategy and tooling as you rampAttend industry events to connect and book meetings with prospectsWhat We're Looking ForHighly motivated, scrappy mindset - persistent, and comfortable with outbound conversationsCoachable and eager to improve through feedbackResourceful, proactive, and organizedClear, professional communicator (written and verbal)*Nice to Have (not required)Experience in a people-facing role (sales, customer service, hospitality, recruiting)Exposure to startups, tech, or SaaSInterest in a long-term career in sales or entrepreneurshipWhat We OfferStructured onboarding and ongoing coachingEarly exposure to enterprise sales cyclesClear growth path into closing or other GTM rolesCulture of high performance, strong talent density, and in-person collaborationUnlimited PTOCompetitive comp packageAll the tools and gear you need to be successful (Macbook, screens, mouse, keyboard, headphones subsidy etc.)Health, dental, vision insuranceBus pass subsidy or indoor parkingStocked up snack bar & lunches in office 2x per weekDog-friendly officeNot sure you meet all the role requirements, but have a passion for Planned and are eager to help build a great product?
