Job Summary We are looking for a Network Administrator to support, maintain, and optimize Groupe Dynamite’s network infrastructure across our corporate offices, retail locations, and cloud environments. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the availability, security, and performance of our network systems, with a particular focus on Fortinet, Extreme Networks, and wireless infrastructure. You will work closely with the Technical Support and Security teams to deliver reliable connectivity and seamless user experiences. Main Responsibilities Configure and maintain the network infrastructure, including Fortinet firewalls, Extreme Networks switches, routers, and wireless access points. Monitor network performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement improvements to ensure high availability and reliability. Implement and maintain network security policies, firewall rules, VPN configurations, and segmentation strategies. Perform proactive maintenance, firmware upgrades, and patch management for network devices. Assist in the design and rollout of new network projects, including store openings, office expansions, and cloud integrations. Troubleshoot complex network incidents and coordinate with vendors or service providers as needed. Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date network documentation, including diagrams, inventories, and change records. Collaborate with IT Security and Technical Support teams to support incident response, monitoring, and access control initiatives. Participate in an on‑call rotation to support critical network issues after hours. Qualifications Education: Diploma or degree in Computer Networking, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: 3‑5 years of experience in network administration or an equivalent technical support role. Hands‑on experience with Fortinet firewalls (FortiGate, FortiManager, FortiAnalyzer). Proficiency with Extreme Networks switches and wireless systems. Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, VLANs, VPNs, routing, and switching. Familiarity with network monitoring tools and security best practices. Experience with SD‑WAN, network segmentation, and VoIP setups is an asset. Knowledge of cloud networking concepts (Azure, AWS, GCP) is a plus. Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Detail‑oriented, organized, and proactive. Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies. Availability for occasional after‑hours support.
