The Opportunity If you have experience in claims processing and customer service, and are looking for a new challenge, Zurich Canada is looking for a Bilingual Claims Call Centre Senior Representative to work in either Montreal or Toronto. You will handle routine and complex first reports of loss and manage specialized projects on cutting‑edge initiatives, reporting to the Team Manager and interacting closely with internal and external business partners. This hybrid work opportunity offers a supportive environment where your voice matters. What you will do Handle complex technical duties and specialized/pilot projects for commercial lines of business. Manage intake of claims involving Centers of Expertise lawsuits. Monitor and manage resources and cash within defined procedures. Interact closely with internal business partners, including Underwriters, Account Managers, and specialized claims personnel. Collaborate with external partners, including Agents/Brokers, professionally and productively. Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory controls relevant to standard work practices within the region. Meet established departmental quality, phone availability, and productivity objectives. Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Manager or management team. Maintain regular and predictable attendance. Participate in business travel and mandatory overtime during peak periods, shift work, and holiday work as required. Requirements Required High School Diploma or Equivalent and 2 or more years of experience in Customer Service. Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice including an Associate Degree with no prior experience required in Customer Service. Intermediate customer service experience required. Preferred Fluent proficiency in both English and French. Intermediate contact center experience. Insurance knowledge. Fluency in both spoken and written English is required to facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec.
