The ideal candidate brings experience in both industrial and retail settings, a deep understanding of provincial labour laws across Canada, and a hands‑on, solutions‑oriented approach.

This role is ideal for a collaborative, pragmatic leader who thrives in a fast‑paced, growing business with a strong entrepreneurial culture.
