Thanks to your rigor and expertise, your direct contribution will guarantee customer satisfaction and have a tangible impact on our supply chain In This Role, You Will Have The Opportunity To Transportation & Customs Coordinate transportation requests and manage carrier bids Establish and monitor import/export files in compliance with customs requirements Ensure the accuracy and compliance of customs and regulatory documents (certificates of origin, safety data sheets, etc.) Document and improve logistics processes (e.g., shipping instructions, internal procedures) Track carrier performance indicators (costs, lead times, quality) Inventory Management Ensure the reliability and accuracy of internal and external inventories Identify and correct inventory discrepancies by implementing sustainable solutions Influence internal teams to rigorously apply procedures related to inventory transactions Oversee cycle counts, periodic and fiscal inventories Manage surplus, obsolescence, and optimize raw material assortments Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure data accuracy in the ERP system Monitor and communicate inventory performance indicators Apply now and help us deliver excellence With the following skills and qualities, you’ll succeed in this role: Education & Experience College diploma (DEC) in logistics, operations management, or a related field 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment, logistics, transportation, or inventory management Knowledge of customs requirements and compliance standards Experience with a manufacturing ERP system (Syteline, SAP, or others: an asset) Key Competencies Strong analytical, planning, and problem‑solving skills Ability to influence, mobilizing leadership, and solution-oriented mindset Skilled at working under pressure and collaborating with multiple stakeholders Autonomy, rigor, initiative, and excellent organizational skills Proficiency in French (spoken and written); functional English required (to communicate with English-speaking partners) Benefits designed to take you further A flexible program tailored to your needs (flexible schedule, compressed workweek, remote work, and more) Group insurance plans that adapt to your reality An employer-contributed retirement plan to keep your finances on track An employee and family assistance program (EFAP) and access to telemedicine services for support when needed A $2,000 referral bonus to help you choose colleagues who share your passion for hard work And even more Time off for illness, personal needs, or family reasons Social activities to connect with your colleagues Support for your professional development to advance your career A healthy and safe work environment with a health committee to ensure your well‑being every day Discounts on Kimpex products to fuel your passion for powersports Working with the Soucy Powersports team means developing products for the world’s leading powersports companies.
