This is a broad, strategic role that combines leadership, market positioning, and tactical go-to-market execution. You'll partner with cross-functional teams—from marketing to product—to ensure customers are onboarded effectively and supported throughout their lifecycle. If you're energized by growth, deeply customer-focused, and ready to help shape one of the most important segments of the business, this role offers plenty of room to make a lasting impact.What you’ll do:Lead, mentor, and grow the SME and Mid-Market sales teamsOwn the full customer lifecycle strategy—from acquisition through to upsell and retentionDevelop and scale go-to-market plans aligned with commercial and strategic goalsIdentify key verticals and define the right value propositions and product positioningCollaborate with Global Marketing to build and execute customer campaignsEstablish partnerships with local vendors and develop effective channel strategiesAlign with the global Product team to shape tools and experiences that support SME usersServe as the lead voice for the SME business, both internally and externallyBalance strategic planning with hands-on execution to drive measurable business growthWhat makes you ideal:10+ years in commercial leadership, GTM strategy, or operations in high-growth environments5+ years managing and scaling multi-functional teams across sales, marketing, and customer successDemonstrated success in growing B2B customer acquisition and retentionExpertise in designing and executing multi-channel growth strategiesStrong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsA collaborative mindset with the confidence to lead through ambiguityExperience in payments, fintech, or scaling sales in high-volume B2B environmentsA hands-on approach and willingness to operate as a player-coach when needed #J-18808-Ljbffr
