Join our team of passionate performer's at Pete's Fine FoodsDuties :Develop a strong team with a focus on coaching, training and customer serviceMaintain high standards of employee morale and promote an atmosphere of cooperation and teamworkOpenly and honestly provide performance feedback to cash personnel as per the company standard proceduresTroubleshooting / reconciliation of front end transactions and systemsMaintain labour ratios within budget by ensuring a high level of productivity of all staff and adjust scheduling to project business volumesTake a creative and entrepreneurial approach to work- generate ideas, take ownership and gain understanding of how business worksTo provide advice on product selection, quality and preparationTo be a role model in "living the culture" of Pete's Fine FoodsQualifications :3-5 years retail management / supervisory experienceExperience managing large groups of employees (30 people or more)An in-depth knowledge of inventory management and complex front end systemsProven problem solving and troubleshooting skillsGood communication and motivational skillsHighly organizedExperience with employee schedulingProven excellence in Customer Service skillsPrior food handling experience an assetExcellent attention to detailIntermediate mathTech savvy, including front end systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially ExcelReliableTeam playerFlexible Schedule - Must be able to work days, evenings and weekendsFrequent heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) is required #J-18808-Ljbffr
