Front End Manager - Bedford at Pete's Frootique Join our team of passionate performers at Pete's Fine Foods Responsibilities Develop a strong team with a focus on coaching, training and customer service Maintain high standards of employee morale and promote an atmosphere of cooperation and teamwork Openly and honestly provide performance feedback to cash personnel as per the company standard procedures Troubleshoot/reconcile front end transactions and systems Maintain labour ratios within budget by ensuring a high level of productivity of all staff and adjust scheduling to project business volumes Take a creative and entrepreneurial approach to work – generate ideas, take ownership and gain understanding of how business works Provide advice on product selection, quality and preparation Be a role model in "living the culture" of Pete's Fine Foods Qualifications 3-5 years retail management/supervisory experience Experience managing large groups of employees (30 people or more) In-depth knowledge of inventory management and complex front end systems Proven problem solving and troubleshooting skills Good communication and motivational skills Highly organized Experience with employee scheduling Proven excellence in Customer Service skills Prior food handling experience an asset Excellent attention to detail Intermediate math Tech savvy, including front end systems and Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel Reliable Team player Flexible schedule – must be able to work days, evenings, and weekends Frequent heavy lifting (up to 50 lbs) is required Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Sales and Business Development Industries: Retail Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at Pete's Frootique by 2x Get notified about new Frontend Manager jobs in Bedford, Nova Scotia, Canada. #J-18808-Ljbffr
