Main responsibilities Develop leads, schedule appointments and market products and services as per customer requirements Work along side Agent to meet agency targets and goals Provide prompt and accurate customer service Educate and advises our clients on Desjardins products, while adhering to the company's underwriting guidelines and compliance Qualifications LLQP is preferred Product/service sales experience is preferred but not required Successful track record in meeting sales quotas/goals is preferred Excellent communication skills, both written and oral Out-going personality that enjoys speaking with people Superior social media skills- Facebook, Linkedin, Twitter Attention to detail Ability to work independently and in a team environment Self-Motivated Superior computer skills Social media savvy Compensation We offer a competitive compensation package which includes base salary, commission, bonus, health and dental benefits, paid vacation, personal and sick time off Flexible work from home options available. #J-18808-Ljbffr
