Une carrière d'architecte senior de solutions à la Banque Nationale, au sein de l’équipe du Réseau indépendant banque Nationale dans le domaine de la gestion de patrimoine à Toronto, t’offre l’occasion de jouer un rôle clé dans l'une des transformations numériques les plus importantes de notre histoire. Tu seras responsable de la direction architecturale et de la mise en œuvre de solutions technologiques critiques, notamment la création d’une plateforme moderne, basée sur le cloud, pilotée par API, évolutive et performante. En collaborant étroitement avec les chefs d'entreprise, les chefs de produit et les équipes informatiques, tu veilleras à l’alignement des objectifs stratégiques et des exigences architecturales tout en contribuant à une expérience utilisateur fluide et sans friction pour nos clients.

Ton rôle
  • Collaborer avec l’équipe produit, les partenaires commerciaux, les architectes de domaine et les responsables informatiques pour définir la feuille de route architecturale soutenant le développement de nos solutions de plateforme.
  • Fournir une orientation stratégique sur l’utilisation des technologies afin de livrer un produit numérique de classe mondiale à nos clients.
  • Jouer un rôle influent au sein de la communauté informatique de la Banque, en contribuant à définir une direction technologique qui s’aligne sur notre feuille de route numérique.
  • Travailler de près avec la communauté d’architecture pour garantir l’alignement dans la livraison d’applications infonuagiques modernes et créer une synergie au sein de l’organisation pour développer une infrastructure technologique moderne.
  • Associer l’équipe de développement pour garantir des flux de travail fluides et permettre un développement agile et rapide d’une plateforme de classe mondiale.
  • Définir des modèles et des systèmes permettant de créer un produit technique durable et leader de l’industrie, tout en soutenant les objectifs de nos partenaires produits.
  • Documenter et examiner l’architecture, l’infrastructure et les solutions de sécurité pour obtenir les approbations nécessaires et garantir la construction des bonnes solutions pour répondre aux besoins commerciaux et technologiques.
  • Évaluer et identifier les technologies innovantes afin de rester informé des tendances du marché, des concurrents et des opportunités, et nous positionner comme un leader dans notre secteur.
  • Participer à l’équipe de direction informatique, contribuant au développement d’une équipe performante, d’un produit de classe mondiale et d’une plateforme technologique moderne répondant aux besoins de nos clients.
Prérequis
  • Plus de 10 ans d’expérience dans le développement et l’architecture dans le secteur bancaire, avec une expertise dans le déploiement de solutions modernes (en particulier AWS) pour soutenir les objectifs commerciaux.
  • Expérience de la conception de solutions d’architecture utilisant des technologies cloud éprouvées pour des applications de gestion de patrimoine à grande échelle, adaptées à un modèle d’affaires B2B.
  • Compétences techniques approfondies permettant une collaboration stratégique et détaillée avec des équipes multidisciplinaires pour définir la meilleure direction technique.
  • Capacité démontrée à diriger des programmes complexes et à grande échelle, y compris des projets nouveaux, en utilisant des modèles agiles multi-équipes, avec un historique de réussite dans l'exécution de projets dans les délais.
  • Compétences exceptionnelles en communication, avec la capacité de collaborer et d’influencer une variété de parties prenantes pour guider la stratégie, l’exécution et l’approche technique.
