What do you need to succeed? 5–7 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Business Systems Analyst within large and complex banking programs. Expertise in analyzing complex business problems, proposing data-driven solutions, and presenting insights in a structured, compelling manner. Advanced requirements management skills with experience leading diverse stakeholders through requirements gathering, elicitation techniques, and documentation. Highly skilled in business process modeling, requirements documentation, and user story mapping. Advanced communication and facilitation skills to lead requirements gathering and deliver complex information to diverse audiences, including senior‑level stakeholders. High proficiency in stakeholder and relationship management to build strong partnerships and influence outcomes with senior leaders. Agile delivery experience, including backlog grooming, sprint planning, and writing effective user stories with clear acceptance criteria. Experience leading large program quality assurance through UAT and PIV. Expertise with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Tableau, Mural, and Visio.
