In-home caregiver – private home – LuMa… family NOC Job Code/Title: 44100 - Child Caregiver Terms of employment: This job is for a full‑time position (between 30 and 40 hours per week). Flexible / split shift work schedule is required. Weekend work may be required. Job starts as soon as possible. Language requirement: French or English. Salary: Wage offered is between $17 and $19 per hour. Future wage adjustments will be made when the provincial minimum wage rate changes. Location: LuKe… lives in Dorval, in Quebec. The home is situated in a residential neighbourhood, school and parks are nearby. The city bus is easily accessible and is close by. The major intersection is Caledonia Avenue and Chem. Harron. Duties may include: Help with the care of three children aged 3 years, 7 years and 10 months. Supervision of children when parents are not at home, and take the children to and from appointments. Organise and participate in activities such as games, crafts, reading and outings to provide amusement and exercise. Discipline children according to the methods requested by the parents. Bathe children as needed. Supervision of baby when parents are not at home. General housework that will include doing laundry and some ironing. Dusting rooms to ensure a clean environment. Qualifications: Must have completed at minimum Canadian equivalent of secondary school education. Must have at least one year of work‑related experience as a caregiver.
