Job Description Our FYidoctors Peterborough - Chemong Road clinic is looking for someone with exceptional skills and experience to join us as a Patient Services Specialist to fill an existing vacancy. This position is a part‑time role working 20–29 hours per week. Our clinic is open Monday to Friday. You will play a critical role within FYidoctors by delivering world‑class service to positively impact the lives of our patients every day. As a Patient Services Specialist, you will be responsible for front desk reception as well as pre‑testing duties and will often be the first point of contact with patients. What Will You Be Doing? Warmly greeting patients as they enter the clinic Checking patients in and out of the office Communicating with patients in person, by phone, and by email Managing appointment bookings, prescription printouts, billing and payments Administering pre‑testing services Upholding excellent customer service standards What Do You Bring?
