As a key member of the Executive Team, the Vice President, Marketing will play an integral role in shaping the company’s growth agenda and ensuring that marketing initiatives deliver measurable business impact and enduring brand value.The Vice President, Marketing will lead the development and execution of integrated marketing strategies that drive strong sales growth, elevate brand equity, and support both the recruitment and success of franchise partners across Canada. The portfolio includes brand management, digital platforms, ecommerce, campaign development, product marketing, customer communications, local area marketing, loyalty programs, and public relations.The ideal candidate is an experienced consumer marketer with a strong combination of franchise, retail (ideally brick‑and‑mortar), and/or foodservice experience. They will have held senior marketing leadership roles within branded, customer‑centric organizations, ideally those featuring loyalty and digital engagement programs.A strategic and collaborative leader, this individual brings exceptional communication, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills, as well as a proven ability to lead integrated teams in high‑growth environments.
