WE’RE HIRING: Automotive Lease & Finance Renewal ManagerWoodbridge Toyota — Woodbridge, ON Woodbridge Toyota is expanding our team and looking for a motivated, customer‑focused Lease & Finance Renewal Manager to take charge of our dealership’s renewal portfolio and drive long‑term client retention. This is a high‑earning, six‑figure opportunity that combines base salary + strong commissions + performance bonuses. Key Responsibilities Proactively manage and work the dealership’s extensive customer database to identify lease maturities and finance renewal opportunities. Contact existing clients to review current contracts, present upgrade options, and schedule renewal appointments. Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and Service departments to ensure smooth transitions and exceptional customer experiences. Maintain accurate records, follow up consistently, and achieve monthly renewal targets. Uphold all regulatory and brand standards while representing Woodbridge Toyota with professionalism. ✔️ Requirements Valid OMVIC licence (mandatory). Previous experience in automotive lease renewals, retention, or dealership sales/finance. Strong communication skills and the ability to build long‑term client relationships.
