Senior Financial Analyst - Exports Details Onsite in Mississauga, ON (GTA) Competitive salary up to $105,000/year* Comprehensive benefits package RRSP matching Three weeks vacation High-impact role supporting global export operations Senior Financial Analyst - Exports Responsibilities Consolidate and analyze monthly financial results for the Export division, preparing reporting on volume, gross contribution, freight, S&D, and G&A. Provide variance analysis against budgets, forecasts, and prior periods, highlighting key performance drivers and improvement opportunities. Develop and maintain management dashboards and reporting packages, ensuring consistency and comparability across geographies and business units. Support month-end close activities, including journal entries, accruals, revenue recognition, cost allocations, and reconciliations of inventory and key accounts. Ensure compliance with IFRS/GAAP, internal controls, and audit documentation requirements. Contribute to annual budgeting and monthly/quarterly forecasting, collaborating with commercial, operations, logistics, and supply chain teams on realistic assumptions. Track performance against plan and provide actionable variance explanations to leadership. Maintain and improve financial reporting tools, consolidation processes, and dashboards; identify automation and process improvement opportunities. Act as the primary finance partner for commercial, logistics, operations, and treasury teams, supporting leadership with ad hoc analysis and decision-support materials. Senior Financial Analyst - Exports Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CPA preferred or in progress). 5-7 years of progressive accounting or finance experience with a strong focus on financial reporting. Experience in food processing, or export operations is an asset. Strong month-end close, journal entry, and reconciliation experience. Advanced Excel, financial modeling, and data consolidation skills. Strong technical accounting knowledge (IFRS/GAAP). Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. #J-18808-Ljbffr
