SaaS Implementation Consultant

ConsultantThis position offers remote work with flexibility to work from home, in our offices, or a combination of both.OverviewAs an Intelexian, this role is critical to helping our customers drive positive change by implementing and configuring solutions to achieve their Health and Safety business goals.What will you be working on?Serve as a trusted advisor across the entire implementation project lifecycle for new and existing mid-market and enterprise customers.Lead projects with varying scope and complexity, collaborating with customers across industries to gather, document, and configure requirements.Conduct testing, training, and go-live support to ensure customer satisfaction and desired outcomes.Strive to achieve targets related to quality, customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and utilization.Travel infrequently (up to 20%) to customer sites.ResponsibilitiesAdvise customers on solution design and ensure adherence to scope, budget, and schedule throughout the project lifecycle.Manage customer and internal project team relationships and communications, keeping stakeholders up to date on project status.Lead onsite and remote meetings and workshops for requirements gathering and configuration reviews to align solutions with customer needs.Propose solutions to handle challenges or scope changes and understand customer goals.Contribute to change orders with estimations and recommendations to navigate scope, budget, and timelines.Perform solution testing and coordinate with QA during User Acceptance Testing.Develop and deliver customer-specific training programs (onsite or remote) during implementations.Assist Support teams with resolution of customer configuration defects.Who you will be working withRole sits in the Professional Services organization within the Consulting function, reporting to the Manager, Consulting.Access to the Global Services community for support from peers, Project Managers, Solution Architects and Subject Matter Experts.A tenured team member will mentor you during onboarding.What can you expect working with Intelex?Opportunities to contribute to improving customer safety and environmental outcomes.Flexibility to work with customers globally across industries.Opportunity to develop expertise on the Intelex platform and related tools and integrations.Configuration across multiple devices (desktop, mobile, etc.).Qualifications5+ years of technical implementation consulting experience with SaaS solutions.Hands-on software and integration configuration experience, including coding (e.g., XML/HTML) to format structure and layout of SaaS software.Understanding of cloud technology principles and service delivery targets.Ability to analyze complex enterprise challenges and deliver practical solutions.Strong focus on customer satisfaction and relationship management.Problem-solving, troubleshooting, and proactive communication skills.Ability to engage with customers, uncover core needs, and tailor solutions to desired outcomes.Consultative approach and proactive mindset to anticipate needs and simplify processes.Ability to manage mid-market and enterprise projects with ambitious deadlines in fast-paced environments.Excellent presentation skills for diverse audiences, including technical and director-level stakeholders.Perks and Benefits25 days of holiday plus bank holidaysFloating Day for your birthdayStudy Days – unlimited paid leave for professional developmentVolunteer Days for community servicePension, medical/dental plans, life/critical illness insuranceCareer Development Allowance up to £1,500 per yearReferral scheme with up to £2,000Wellness Spending Allowance up to £700 per yearWe welcome you to work with us to make a difference by helping companies become safer and more sustainable.
