Your strategic thinking and expertise will make a real difference; we can't wait to welcome you In this position, you will have the opportunity to: Act as an ambassador by reflecting and promoting the values of the Soucy Group Act as a front-line resource for the supervisory team and 150 production employees in HR management Work closely with the talent acquisition team to ensure the staffing process Advise managers on the administration, interpretation, and application of the current collective agreement Advise managers on required employee management interventions, such as disciplinary measures Ensure compliance with and adherence to human resources policies and procedures and provide guidance on their interpretation Participate in the implementation of strategies for workforce retention, skills development, and overall health Manage and monitor administrative files related to disabilities and occupational health and safety Provide support in the coordination of training activities Support employees on all matters relating to the interpretation of working conditions, policies, and procedures in effect Actively participate in various HR projects and support the HR department in carrying out various mandates Make a difference at Soucy Apply to join our HR team now. #J-18808-Ljbffr
