The position of communications and development officer will enable young people to develop their management, organization and planning skills, and thus make the link between concepts learned at school and working life. Position subsidized by Young Canada Works, offered to young people aged 16 to 30.ResponsibilitiesFeeding social mediaAssist the regional committee with promotional activitiesCreate promotional material (posters, etc.)Search and create presentationsHelp with logistics for CME events and activitiesSupport regional delegates in their roleAttend meetings, take detailed notes and draft minutesHelp prepare reportsParticipate in community networking activitiesFinding and creating potential partnershipsManage all media relations, communication and promotional material (Facebook, Instagram, twitter, newsletter, MailChimp, website on wordpress platform)Maintain brand integrity on all social media platformsTrack engagement across different platforms and make data-driven decisionsEnsure quality control of all information distributedDevelop a coherent communications strategy for the entire programOther administrative tasks as required by ÉMCQualificationsHigh school diploma or university degree; additional qualification as administrative assistant or secretary: an assetFrench required, bilingual (French & English) an assetExcellent written and verbal communication skills (especially in French)Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint) and Google applicationsGood knowledge of CanvaGood knowledge of social mediaGood knowledge of project management toolsStrong organizational skills (time management and ability to prioritize work)Attention to detail and problem-solving skillsCommunity spiritCondition of workRemunerationCompetitive according to qualifications and experienceIf you are interested, please send your curriculum vitae by e-mail to: emploi@epellemoicanada.ca no later than November 15, 2024 – Only selected candidates will be contacted. #J-18808-Ljbffr
