Avec techniciens et partenaires, vous structurez l'exécution, maximisez le potentiel foncier et faites avancer des projets commerciaux et multirésidentiels à forte valeur ajoutée. Responsabilités Planifier et concevoir les projets de développement commercial et multirésidentiel. Maximiser le potentiel des projets en apportant une valeur ajoutée (design, expérience utilisateur, intégration au site). Assurer le respect des réglementations municipales et provinciales. Analyser les contraintes du site et proposer des solutions adaptées. Encadrer l'équipe technique et assurer la répartition des tâches. Suivre l'avancement des travaux et ajuster au besoin. Collaborer avec les clients pour comprendre et répondre à leurs besoins. Déployer une méthodologie structurée pour garantir un développement optimal des projets. Profil du candidat Diplôme en architecture (ou domaine connexe). Membre en règle de l'Ordre des architectes. 3 à 5 ans d'expérience en architecture ou gestion de projets immobiliers. Maîtrise de la réglementation et du design architectural. À l'aise avec AutoCAD, Revit et SketchUp (BIM est un atout). Bonne connaissance du Code national du bâtiment (CNB). Compréhension des étapes et leviers du développement immobilier. Bilinguisme français/anglais (atout). Maîtrise de la suite Microsoft (Excel, Outlook, Word).
