Notre équipe du département de la charcuterie est essentielle au succès global de Metro en étant responsable des opérations courantes de son département et en créant une expérience client positive Ce Que Nous Avons à Vous Offrir Salaire concurrentiel selon l’expérience Programme d’assurances collectives personnel et familial Possibilité d’avancement dans l’entreprise Un environnement de travail dynamique axé sur le service à la clientèle Paie hebdomadaire Vos responsabilités en tant qu’assistant(e)-gérant(e) charcuterie : Seconder le gérant dans les opérations du magasin (achats, stocks, gestion des coûts, etc.) et le remplacer au besoin ; Assurer la prestation par le personnel d'un service à la clientèle hors pair ; Conseiller et servir la clientèle ; Participer à la gestion du personnel (embauche, formation, évaluation, supervision, horaire de travail); Collaborer aux achats, à la gestion des stocks et des équipements du magasin ; Assurer le respect par le personnel des normes de mise en marché des produits, de qualité, d'hygiène et de salubrité établies; Assurer l'application des normes de santé et sécurité par le personnel. Expériences Expérience pertinente d’au minimum deux années dans un poste similaire; Expérience en gestion est un atout. Compétences Recherchées Orienté vers le client; Bonne habileté de communication; Esprit d'équipe; Initiative; Autonomie; Jugement; Organisation du travail. #J-18808-Ljbffr
