Our Company, founded in 2010, is one of the fastest-growing web marketing companies in the world.Our vision is to be globally recognized as the best web marketing solutions provider.You can read more about our services and products here: https://www.indexwebmarketing.com/enAs part of this vision, Index is expanding its team and is looking for an SEO Specialist.The SEO Specialist will implement and manage advanced SEO strategies to increase traffic, customer engagement, and ROI, while delivering value to our partners.Our team members share a common trait: exceeding expectations by offering leading-edge performance solutions.The values that support Index’s growth include results-orientation, innovation, transparency, proactivity, and respect.You will be equipped with powerful tools, many developed in-house.You will have an international impact working on major accounts.You will collaborate with some of the most innovative teams globally.We guarantee you'll work with leaders in online advertising, SEO, analytics, and technology.Summary: As our next SEO expert, you will:Execute on-page and off-page SEO audits, monitor implementation, and ensure growth of managed websites.Implement changes on websites, documents, or within the client's CMS.Understand the technical structure of clients' sites and provide recommendations.Conduct keyword research and analysis.Perform analytics and develop strategies based on data insights.Prepare, customize, and deliver on-site training to partners and clients in the Montreal area.Support continuous improvement of company processes.Monitor industry trends.Contribute to research and development activities, including tools and AI platforms.Ensure quality control.Participate in creative sessions and team-building activities.Skills & Experience:Experience in coding, software development, or integration.Advanced SEO knowledge with demonstrable results.Familiarity with SEO tools (Keyword Tool, Google Analytics/Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).Analytical, resourceful, creative, with the ability to work across multiple fields.Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and communication skills.Knowledge of Google Drive Suite.Ability to work independently and in teams under tight deadlines.Excellent English and French communication skills.Assets:Certifications in Google Analytics or social media.Experience in web marketing or technology fields.Client management or self-employment experience.Proficiency in Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages.Experience with CMS platforms like SiteImprove.Passion for web and new technologies.Alignment with our company vision and values.Familiarity with agency ecosystems.Entrepreneurial and leadership qualities.Benefits:Training by experts (weekly sessions).Annual bonus.Potential stock options.Start-up environment.International opportunities.Espresso machine.Powered by JazzHR #J-18808-Ljbffr
