The SEO Specialist will implement and manage advanced SEO strategies to increase traffic, customer engagement, and ROI, while delivering value to our partners. Summary: As our next SEO expert, you will: Execute on-page and off-page SEO audits, monitor implementation, and ensure growth of managed websites. Implement changes on websites, documents, or within the client's CMS. Understand the technical structure of clients' sites and provide recommendations. Conduct keyword research and analysis. Perform analytics and develop strategies based on data insights. Prepare, customize, and deliver on-site training to partners and clients in the Montreal area. Support continuous improvement of company processes. Monitor industry trends. Contribute to research and development activities, including tools and AI platforms. Ensure quality control. Participate in creative sessions and team-building activities. Skills & Experience: Experience in coding, software development, or integration. Advanced SEO knowledge with demonstrable results. Familiarity with SEO tools (Keyword Tool, Google Analytics/Search Console, SEMrush, etc.). Analytical, resourceful, creative, with the ability to work across multiple fields. Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and communication skills. Knowledge of Google Drive Suite. Ability to work independently and in teams under tight deadlines. Excellent English and French communication skills. Assets: Certifications in Google Analytics or social media. Experience in web marketing or technology fields. Client management or self-employment experience. Proficiency in Spanish, Mandarin, or other languages. Experience with CMS platforms like SiteImprove. Passion for web and new technologies.
