Data Analyst

The Data Analyst will play a key role in supporting IT Asset Management (ITAM) initiatives within the Enterprise Network Services (ENS) group. This role is responsible for managing asset lifecycle data, integrating ITAM frameworks, driving automation, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. The analyst will support data-driven decision-making, process improvement, and effective lifecycle hygiene across a broad network infrastructure.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport IT Asset Management (ITAM) integration and onboarding for both hardware and software assets within ENS.Collaborate with cross-functional and cross-regional stakeholders to ensure asset lifecycle hygiene and compliance.Perform data analysis to identify trends, optimize asset utilization, and support strategic planning.Promote and implement automation tools and solutions to reduce manual processes and improve efficiency.Manage, analyze, and track large datasets related to network infrastructure assets.Develop and deliver reporting, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and support lifecycle programs.Engage in activities across project management, reporting, data integration, documentation, and stakeholder communication.Liaise with internal teams such as IT Assessment, CDRR Vulnerability Management, and Audit to support ENS program requirements.Required QualificationsProven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably with a focus on network infrastructure or IT lifecycle management.Strong understanding of network infrastructure hierarchy and components.Proficient in Microsoft Excel for advanced data analysis and visualization.Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint for crafting clear, impactful presentations.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications5+ years of experience in lifecycle management of network infrastructure.Proficiency in Jira for project and task management, workflow customization, and team collaboration.Experience using SharePoint for document management, team collaboration, and process automation.Proficiency in Power BI for data visualization, dashboard development, and business intelligence.Familiarity with automation and data monitoring tools such as Splunk.Knowledge of additional data analysis tools and platforms.Certifications related to data analysis, ITAM, or network infrastructure (e.g., CompTIA Data+, ITIL, or similar).CertificationsRelevant certifications in data analysis or network infrastructure (preferred but not required).Email ID * This field is required Please enter valid emailId.Cell phone * This field is required Please enter valid cell phone.First Name * This field is required Please enter valid first name.Last Name * This field is required Please enter valid last name. #J-18808-Ljbffr
