This role supports the financial reporting and planning functions for a growing North American portfolio. Responsibilities: Review monthly financial packages from third‑party operators, ensuring accuracy and completeness. Support investment onboarding and offboarding, including coordination with property managers and review of entity structures, closing statements, and related financial documentation. Lead process improvements related to intercompany reconciliations. Prepare and submit monthly and quarterly financial deliverables, including IFRS reporting packages, investment performance updates, and lender/co‑investor reports. Manage internal controls and compliance activities, including SOX testing and external audits. Consolidate and analyze quarterly income statement reforecasts and contribute to annual budgeting and planning. Monitor liquidity and capital requirements, collaborating closely with portfolio management and capital markets teams. Support financing and refinancing initiatives. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of finance professionals. Contribute to FP&A and various cross‑functional initiatives. Qualifications: 3+ years of progressive experience in finance or accounting, ideally with a background from a public accounting firm. Strong knowledge of IFRS accounting and financial consolidation. Exposure to real estate or asset management is an asset. Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills.
