About the Role Our client is seeking a Branch Manager / Leader, Account Managed Client Team to oversee and grow their Personal Insurance book of business in Calgary. This role focuses on developing a high-performing team of Personal Lines Brokers, enhancing the branch’s presence in the community, strengthening insurer relationships, and driving operational excellence. You will spend meaningful time developing talent, fostering engagement, and empowering your team to deliver best-in-class service and strong sales results. This position is based out of the Glenmore office in Calgary and may require occasional regional travel. Key Responsibilities Build, lead, and mentor a motivated and engaged Personal Insurance team. Drive growth strategies and deliver exceptional customer experience. Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute business plans. Oversee staffing, recruiting, and succession planning for the branch. Coach and develop brokers, with an emphasis on sales performance. Conduct regular one-on-one meetings and team huddles to support performance. Develop and execute Engagement Action Plans to motivate and inform staff. Ensure all customer service metrics are met or exceeded. Review service challenges and follow up on escalated client concerns. Strengthen key insurer relationships and support regional initiatives. What You Bring AIC General Level 2 License (or provincial equivalent). Proven leadership and management experience within an insurance brokerage. Experience leading highly engaged teams in hybrid or multi-location settings. Strong sales acumen and the ability to elevate sales performance in others. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Highly adaptable with the ability to pivot in fast-paced environments. Collaborative mindset and strong relationship-building skills. Experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities. Why This Opportunity?
