We’re looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our iLab team – our internal innovation engine driving smarter, more efficient solutions across national operations. This role acts as a strategic bridge between innovation, corporate support, and field operations. iLab is our Innovation Hub where cutting‑edge technology meets operational excellence. Our team collaborates with clients to enhance facilities management through tailored technology solutions, from advanced data visualization and insights to energy optimization and best practices. What You’ll Be Doing Shape Product Strategy – define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for iLab solutions, aligning with Dexterra’s goals. Understand the Business – collaborate with operations, IT, and client‑facing teams to translate real‑world challenges into actionable requirements. Deliver Solutions – lead cross‑functional teams to build and implement tools that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery. Measure Impact – establish KPIs and success metrics to track adoption and performance. Drive Engagement – facilitate demos, training, and workshops to support change management and user buy‑in. Support Bids – provide technical insights and product expertise for large‑scale tenders. Champion Innovation – stay ahead of emerging technologies and propose new ways to elevate our services. Qualifications Strategic thinker with a technical foundation and passion for solving operational challenges. 5+ years of experience in business solutions and project management (PMP certification is an asset). Skilled in operations software, project management tools, and data analysis. Comfortable working across FM, construction, property management, or consulting environments. Collaborative leader with strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office and organized, problem‑solving oriented.
