We're looking for a Technical Product Manager to join our iLab team—our internal innovation engine driving smarter, more efficient solutions across our national operations. This role is a strategic bridge between innovation, corporate support, and field operations.

What You'll Be Doing

As the Technical Product Manager, you'll work closely with internal stakeholders and clients to understand business challenges, design technology-enabled solutions, and lead product development from concept to implementation. If you thrive at the intersection of strategy, technology, and service delivery, we want to hear from you.

• Shape Product Strategy: Define and evolve the product vision and roadmap for iLab solutions, ensuring alignment with Dexterra's operational goals.
• Understand the Business: Collaborate with operations, IT, and client-facing teams to translate real-world challenges into actionable product requirements.
• Deliver Solutions: Lead cross-functional teams to build and implement tools that improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance service delivery.
• Measure Impact: Establish KPIs and success metrics to track adoption and performance.
• Drive Engagement: Facilitate demos, training, and workshops to support change management and user buy-in.
• Support Bids: Provide technical insights and product expertise for large-scale tenders.
• Champion Innovation: Stay ahead of emerging technologies and propose new ways to elevate our services.

Who are we looking for?

• A strategic thinker with a technical foundation and a passion for solving operational challenges.
• Experienced in business solutions and project management (5+ years); PMP certification is an asset.
• Skilled in operations software, project management tools, and data analysis.
• Comfortable working across FM, construction, property management, or consulting environments.
• A collaborative leader with strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and known for your organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Creative, curious, and ready to roll up your sleeves to make things happen.
