This role involves driving sales through motivation and support of the staff, guiding the sales team to provide exceptional customer service for sales growth, and meeting operational objectives and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures. Significant walking and standing are required for the majority of each shift. The position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS system.Employment DetailsEmployment Status: Full-Time: 40 hours per week on average.
