This position will report to the Manager, Innovation and Capability.If this piques your interest, we would love to hear from you What You Will Do:Lead execution and continuous improvement of the Spark Capability Program—including participant recruitment, facilitation, logistics, and impact tracking.Develop and enhance capability‑building content and resources that support ongoing learning and knowledge transfer across the enterprise.Collaborate closely with leaders and subject‑matter experts to bring technical and facilitation expertise to teams.Define success metrics and establish relevant KPIs that connect learning outcomes to business value drivers.Build trusted relationships with partners and stakeholders, engaging them through co‑creation to deliver program outcomes.Contribute as a core member of the Operational Excellence team to continuously improve internal processes and our service delivery model. Who You Are:Minimum of 4 years of related experience.Related university degree or equivalent combination of experience and education may also be considered.Experience with or knowledge of Agile and Lean methodologies preferred.Knowledge of business improvement tools – process mapping, analysis, design and re-engineering, lean principles.Design thinking approach to solving business problems, from a user‑centric standpoint, and following an iterative process.Proven capability to develop and deliver organizational change management and project management communications, and user training/mentoring.Ability to quickly learn industry trends, domains and end user demands from problems.Critical thinking and problem solving with the ability to constructively challenge ideas in a collaborative environment.Great attention to detail - notice things that others don't.A good collaborator, a great teammate, and individual contributor.Ability to build a sense of trust and rapport to support a collaborative and effective workplace.Passion for challenging the status quo and finding new solutions and drive out of the box ideas. For Ontario candidates: Salary Range - $80,000 - $95,000.00 CAD per annum.*Applicable compensation policies and guidelines apply to internal candidates. Physical Requirements:Grasping, kneeling, light – moderate lifting (objects up to 20 pounds), reaching above shoulder, repetitive motion, typing, sitting, standing, visual requirement (able to see screens, detect colour coding, read fine print), hearing requirement and the ability to work in tight spaces. Mental Requirements:Ability to: understand, remember and apply oral and/or written instructions or other information, understand complex problems and collaborate/explore alternative solutions, organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology, organize and prioritize work schedule on a short-term basis, make decisions which have moderate impact on the immediate work unit and monitor impact outside this area, understand and follow basic instructions and guidelines, complete routine forms, compose letters, outlines, memoranda and basic reports and basic reports and communicate with individuals via telephone.
