Your Background 2+ years of experience in an administrative, project management, or customer service role. Post‑secondary education in Human Resources Management. CHRP designation or working towards it is a strong asset. Job Responsibilities Operational Excellence (60%) Demonstrate a passion for streamlined processes and automation to enhance the employee experience and deliver business value. Leveraging AI at every opportunity. Maintain and update HRIS platforms (HiBob), ensuring accurate employee data management and supporting routine system processes, such as troubleshooting, data entry, and generating reports. Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding. Coordinate internal and external audits by providing accurate and timely data and documentation. Ensure all practices align with employment standards, privacy laws, and internal policies for teams globally. Culture, Engagement and Recognition (35%) Lead and evolve culture, engagement, and recognition programs that foster an inclusive workplace and contribute to overall well‑being, measured against identified KPIs. Lead annual Bond Choice Awards, finding efficiencies in processes, building fiscal year plans to align with annual Fiscal Year Kick Off format and approach, and ensuring a strong employee experience. Coordinate Bond’s Peer Recognition Program ensuring engagement. Ensure milestone anniversaries are celebrated in a meaningful way, coordinated efficiently and the program reviewed annually, recommending enhancements and roll out of program changes. Actively participate in Our Social Bond Committees by supporting and promoting Bond connection and inclusion initiatives. Collaborate with external vendors to maximize the value of our perks programs, ensure alignment with employee needs and promote for a high engagement. Manage and optimize the Bond health benefits program for Canada and the US, including enrolments, enhancements, annual reviews and vendor support, ensuring it meets the needs of our diverse workforce. Coordinate the payroll summary shared with Payroll to ensure all changes are processed in an efficient, timely manner with 100% accuracy. Communications (5%) Represent the P&V team at weekly corporate communications meetings to align on messaging and initiatives for the corporate calendar. Create and manage P&V content to announce and celebrate our people at All Employee Meetings (AEMs).
