This is an exciting opportunity within a well-established builder-developer known for its impressive project pipeline. You will lead multiple high-rise developments, utilizing your skills in scheduling, budgeting, and managing stakeholder relationships. Collaborate with Project Coordinators and Site Superintendents to ensure the highest quality in project execution.
Key Responsibilities: • Execute and deliver high-rise construction projects effectively • Develop schedules, budgets, and risk management strategies • Oversee financial performance including cost control and reporting • Manage subcontractor relationships and procurement processes • Direct project teams and ensure compliance with safety standards
Requirements: • Proven expertise in delivering high-rise residential towers • Strong background in Construction Management • Track record of managing projects over $100 million • Detailed knowledge of construction processes and systems • Strong leadership and communication skills
