Lead a flagship 40-storey residential high-rise project in Mississauga as a Senior Project Manager. This senior role emphasizes full-cycle management, from design to occupancy. Our client, a prominent residential real estate developer, seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee a new high-rise construction. Candidates must have a proven track record in managing complex residential projects and a strong technical acumen. Collaborating with various teams, you will ensure all project milestones are met while maintaining budgets and schedules. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead planning and execution from pre-construction to project closeout
- Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and forecasts
- Oversee tender packages, scopes, and contract negotiations
- Manage consultants throughout the design and documentation processes
- Monitor project risks and implement contingency strategies
- Extensive high-rise residential construction experience
- Proven project lifecycle management from start to finish
- Strong budgeting, scheduling, and forecasting skills
- Understanding of permitting and occupancy processes
- Excellent leadership and communication abilities
