Job Title: Audit & Assurance Manager – Tech Industry. Key Responsibilities Manage the accounting, assurance, and tax service needs of a portfolio of private and public clients. Lead the engagement process from initial scheduling and planning through client review and financial statement sign‑off. Meet with clients regarding financial statements, other business matters, and engagement issues. Support personal and corporate tax filings. Discuss proposed time budgets with partners and assign engagement budgets to staff. Identify new business opportunities with existing and new clients. Manage and mentor a team of Accountants. Ensure reporting deadlines are monitored and reported on a regular basis. Work directly with high‑growth tech clients, providing strategic insights and scalable financial solutions. Qualifications University degree with a specialization in Accounting. CPA, CA, or equivalent designation (completed or near completion). Minimum 4 years of public accounting experience. Exposure to technology clients. Strong knowledge of accounting and assurance principles. Experience with assurance, accounting, and tax software (e.g., CaseWare, Taxprep, QuickBooks). Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver high‑quality client service. Benefits Competitive salary.
