Lead audit engagements from planning through client review and financial statement sign‑off. Provide strategic insights to clients on ASPE, IFRS, and US GAAP reporting requirements. Collaborate with startups, scale‑ups, and venture/PE‑backed businesses to support financial operations and compliance. Mentor and manage a team of accountants, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence. Identify new business opportunities and contribute to client growth strategies. Ensure reporting deadlines are met and engagement quality is maintained. Qualifications University degree with a specialization in Accounting. CPA, CA, or equivalent designation (completed or near completion). Minimum 4 years of public accounting experience, ideally with exposure to technology clients. Strong understanding of ASPE, IFRS, and US GAAP. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Experience with audit, accounting, and tax software such as CaseWare, Taxprep, QuickBooks. Proven ability to manage deadlines and deliver high‑quality client service.
