Responsibilities:

  • Encouraging best practices
  • Work primarily on projects with global clients, and provide senior leadership and ownership on these projects
  • Work closely with the product management team to execute and deliver various products
  • Represent the company externally as a leader in the community
  • Become a core contributor to product development methodologies

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience designing products across multiple platforms, including web and mobile products
  • 1-2 years of experience shipping products as a senior designer, with the ability to take ownership and lead projects end-to-end
  • Experience with motion graphics
  • Experience with design thinking process and research methodology
  • Familiarity with an agile development environment
  • Experience with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Ability to get into the "weeds of design" with experience structuring design processes
  • Portfolio that shows range in product design, design systems, user research, and visual design, including design creation
  • Must be able to work in-office up to 2x/month
