Some of what you'll do: Own the digital product roadmap, aligning brand vision, customer expectations, and commercial priorities- moving beyond transactional commerce towards a highly engaging, customer-centric brand experience Act as the link between brand vision and digital execution which will translate into a seamless customer experience Lead website strategy including UX/UI improvements, product merchandising, conversion optimization, and onsite content Partner with internal teams to thoughtfully plan and integrate AI and emerging technologies across personalization, search, content, and merchandising Conversion Rate Optimization (50%) Optimize product discovery, content hierarchy, and navigation to support both seasonal storytelling and core assortment Lead cross functional teams through product definition, development, QA, and launch to enhance digital products and customer experiences Champion structured testing and experimentation in every step of the website to improve on the overall conversion rate Establish controls for data quality, oversee daily website metrics, and optimize the customer journey Team Development (20%) Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing E-Commerce organization Foster a culture of accountability, craftsmanship, and continuous improvement Set clear priorities, standards, and expectations, with an emphasis on quality and executional excellence Partner with Paid Media, CRM, Marketing, Creative and Merchandising teams to deliver a seamless online experience Some of what you'll need: 8-10 years of experience in e-commerce, UX/UI, and site operations ideally with a DTC brand with proven track of scaling e-commerce revenues Strong understanding of site merchandising, CRO, A/B testing and performance optimization combined with a data-driven mindset Comfortable leveraging AI and emerging technologies with discretion and intent Experience in fashion, apparel, or luxury is a plus Proven ability to reinvent and execute best practices in site shopping experiences Proficiency with Shopify, Google Analytics, A/B testing tool and personalization tools is a strong asset Why Join Us?
