Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).Additional Required Qualifications:Current NRP certification preferred. Recent NICU experience within past year preferred. Demonstrated ability to perform physical assessments. Ability to work well with team members. Strong communication and collaboration skills with multidisciplinary teams. Ability to prioritize tasks and apply critical thinking. Parent teaching and integrating family-centered care into practice. Fluent in spoken and written English. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Must work to full scope of practice, including IV initiation certification. Breastfeeding course preferred.
