Our client has an immediate opening for a Human Resources Generalist who is Bilingual French & English.Pay Rate – $75-85k based on experienceResponsibilitiesConduct role evaluations, post job requisitions contribute to recruitment plans and pro-actively manage the candidate experience to attract top talentProduce job offers and conduct reference checksConduct exit and stay interviews and manage terminations as appropriateUtilize acquisition and social media platforms to build a talent poolLead, coordinate and deliver orientation and manage onboarding logisticsManage employee data records including manual files, payroll and HRIS updatesParticipate in administration for promotions, transfers, job classifications, compensation and annual performance evaluationsProvide support to team members and leaders on a wide range of human capital issues including policies, compliance, employee relations, problem resolution, total rewards and performance managementPrepare and deliver presentations for internal business; facilitate workgroups, training sessions and meetingsIndependently manage complex human resource projects as assigned including developing solutions, creating action plans and communicationsCommunicate disability management matters with benefits team members, provide support to payroll teams to manage payroll issuesAssist with investigations of complex situations as they arise and provide guidance as neededAssist in the facilitation of learning and development programsContribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processesSkills and ExperiencePost-secondary education and accreditation with HR specialtyCompletion of, or working towards, CPHR designation3+ years of HR experienceWorking experience with ExcelBilingual in French and English, both written and verbalManufacturing industry experience is considered an assetApplyingPlease submit resumes to chris@halliwellconsulting.com including salary expectations and availability.Job # 2515 #J-18808-Ljbffr
