Reporting to the Vice President of Regulatory, the Director, Legal & Contracts leads the delivery of in‑house legal and contract management services across the organization. Excel as a communicator and negotiator, with strong written and oral skills that enable you to translate complex legal issues into clear, business‑focused advice. Are a trusted advisor and influencer, building credibility with senior leaders and external partners while providing clear, actionable guidance to cross‑functional stakeholders. Thrive both independently and collaboratively, taking full ownership of projects from inception through execution. Demonstrate a proactive, detail‑oriented, and agile mindset, anticipating challenges, identifying innovative solutions, and consistently exceeding objectives in support of organizational priorities. Bring experience with technology‑related commercial transactions (considered an asset).
