The Role
As the Director of IT, you will be responsible for maintaining the firm’s IT infrastructure, with BOYNECLARKE having a dedicated on-site IT support staff. You will lead a small team and focus on developing strategies to stay ahead of emerging trends in IT that best align with BOYNECLARKE LAWYERS LLP’s needs. Given the rapidly changing technology landscape, you will need to be agile and thorough in developing forward-thinking technology policies, ensuring hardware is up to date, and planning for the firm’s future IT requirements.
What You Bring
You possess a strong background in information technology and management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical stakeholders. You have five to ten years of experience in an IT management role with relevant education. You are passionate about delivering excellent customer service and have developed a client-centered approach to project delivery. You enjoy researching new technologies and software and presenting innovative solutions to the leadership team to enhance BOYNECLARKE LAWYERS LLP IT capabilities. Your creative input will help shape the firm’s IT strategy and policies moving forward.
