Change Management Manager

DAY BY DAY:Insight Global is seeking a Change Manager to lead the way for a HVAC Manufacturing client during their business transformation journey As a strategic change navigator, you will coordinate and execute high-impact change management initiatives, working closely with the Program Management Team, subject matter experts, and stakeholders. Your expertise will drive the success integration of people, processes, and technological changes, ensuring the adoption of innovative practices.Must Haves:5+ years experience as a Change ManagerPROSCI certifiedCompleted large implementation or transformation projects in the pastAbility to build, manage and facilitate the execution of change management plans to support the people side of business transformationsExperience working within a unionized environment and has managed front line workersStrong verbal and written communication skillsPlussesCompleted an ERP implementationBachelors Degree- preferred background in communicationsIndustry experience KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLeverage a change management methodology, process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiativeEnable the design, development, delivery and management of key communicationsAssess the change impactConduct impact analyses, assess change readiness, and identify key stakeholdersCollaborate with HR’s Learning and Development Specialist to conduct training needs assessmentSupport in the develop relevant training material for impacted stakeholders (job aids, presentations, system simulations, etc.)Support training sessions and gather participants feedback on training opportunitiesIdentify, analyze, and formulate effective risk mitigation tacticsProvide expert consultation and coaching to project teams, people managers, and supervisorCreate actionable deliverables for the core change management plans: Sponsor Plan, People Manager Plan, Communications Plan, and Training PlanCreate actionable deliverables for any required "Extend" plans, such as the Resistance Management PlanSupport and engage senior leaders and the Senior Leadership TeamOversee and manage the entire change portfolio for optimal outcomes
