We aim to Be the Better Bank and enrich the lives of customers, communities, and colleagues.ResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain customer relationships with a focus on mortgage products and referrals from realtors, builders, financial planners, and other centers of influence.Build your business in a fast-paced, competitive market with a self-starter mindset.Partner with your Sales Manager to execute joint sales calls and participate in monthly coaching sessions.Operate within the TD sales management system designed for the Mobile Mortgage channel to enable success.Participate in targeted sales training to build sales skills and credit knowledge.Set up to work from a home office with required tools (laptop, email, network access) and a monthly phone allowance.Develop your career within a multi-national corporation with the TD brand in Canada.Qualifications and SkillsHighly motivated, self-starter with exceptional sales skills.Independent, self-managed professional who enjoys developing new business in a fast-paced market.Excellent interpersonal, communication, customer service, networking, and relationship management skills.Knowledge of retail banking and/or credit adjudication (preferred).Post-secondary education (preferred).Training, Onboarding, and SupportTargeted sales training and comprehensive onboarding to integrate into TD’s culture.Sales Manager support with joint calls and coaching.Access to an online learning platform and mentoring programs.Benefits and RewardsCompetitive commission package with unlimited earning potential and comprehensive benefits.Tools for home office setup and a dedicated monthly phone allowance.TD Total Rewards package including health and well-being benefits, retirement programs, paid time off, banking benefits, and career development opportunities.Additional InformationPlease note this job opportunity is subject to provincial employment regulations.
