Typical Day Provide support in managing a portfolio of high‑value commercial insurance accounts. Prepare and present insurance quotes, proposals, and renewal documentation with accuracy and professionalism. Communicate effectively with insurers to negotiate and secure competitive coverage terms. Review and process policy documents, endorsements, and certificates in a timely manner. Maintain comprehensive and accurate client records while ensuring adherence to industry regulations and compliance standards. Assist the broker in client meetings, follow‑up communications, and strategic account planning initiatives. Respond to client inquiries with a high level of professionalism, efficiency, and service excellence. The Value You Bring Well versed in navigating multiple computer programs. Strong understanding of commercial lines products and markets. Level 2 General Insurance License required. Proficiency in Epic and Policy Works. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
